Session Abstract: Collin College developed a four-pillar program vitality model and associated dashboard to aid in ongoing programmatic assessment and financial planning. This session will cover the design process, core data sources, the analytics product, and client adoption plan. Attendees will gain a sense of how to carry out a multi-faceted review of programs at their institutions.
