Session Abstract: Faculty collaboration plays a critical role in advancing scholarly productivity and fostering interdisciplinary innovation. This poster explores patterns of faculty research collaboration using social network analysis on a dataset of approximately 4,000 documented partnerships. While the scale of the data presented challenges in identifying specific high-performing cliques, targeted analysis revealed key clusters of faculty with strong collaborative synergy. By leveraging computational tools—including AI-assisted clique detection—this study highlights the most productive research networks and offers insights into how institutions can support and replicate successful collaboration models. Attendees will gain an understanding of how network analysis can be applied to institutional research data to inform strategic planning and faculty development.
