Session Abstract: Using CUPA-HR workforce and salary data from over 900 participating institutions, this session examines the structure, composition, and compensation of institutional research and assessment roles across higher education, including department size, representation, experience, and pay equity trends over time. The presentation benchmarks IR roles by position and institutional characteristics. Attendees will leave with benchmarks they can use to identify potential workforce, position, and equity gaps within their own IR offices.
