Session Abstract: Institutions frequently articulate bold visions but often struggle to operationalize them. This session introduces the Vision Matrix, the strategic framework leaders at Salt Lake Community College developed to translate aspirational goals into actionable, measurable outcomes. Presenters will demonstrate how the Vision Matrix was developed and implemented to align planning, budgeting, and assessment, while engaging stakeholders across the institution. Participants will gain both a clear understanding of the Vision Matrix model and practical guidance for adapting it to their own organizational context.
