Session Abstract: Washburn University, in partnership with rpk GROUP, is developing a framework for implementing business intelligence (BI) that leverages existing data systems to provide timely, accurate reporting of key functional metrics, while simultaneously building capacity among executive leadership to use the data to make decisions and understand the return on investment of their decisions. This session will share how Executive Cabinet, IR and IT leaders are collaborating in new ways to shift Washburn towards a culture of strategic, data-informed decision-making designed for long-term sustainability.
