Session Abstract: This presentation provides an opportunity for attendees to explore how higher education institutions can and are using workforce and cost-productivity benchmarks, paired with real-time labor market data, to drive strategic decisions and demonstrate institutional value. This session will highlight practical tools and dashboards used by colleges to align programs with regional workforce needs, optimize resource allocation, and communicate impact to stakeholders. Real data from a participating two-year college will be featured to illustrate how these metrics inform planning, program review, and advocacy.
