Session Abstract: Student course feedback surveys are commonly used to evaluate teaching effectiveness and course quality, yet the resulting data often goes underutilized or misunderstood. In this session, we share a project conducted in partnership with the School of Dentistry that reimagined feedback as a catalyst for improvement. Through targeted survey design, dashboard development, and collaboration with academic leadership, we created a feedback system that not only visualized results, but directly supported curricular adjustments and faculty development. Attendees will see the entire lifecycle – from survey design to action planning – and leave with methods to implement similar systems at their institutions.
