Session Abstract: Centralized data or IR offices often serve a wide range of academic units, each with its own expectations, timelines, and level of data fluency. How can one office meet them all effectively? In this session, we share our methods of service to best meet the needs of different colleges across campus. Through stakeholder engagement, request tracking, and “service tiering”, we created a structure that’s both consistent and responsive. Attendees will leave with a practical framework, example communication strategies, and tools to balance customization with efficiency in their own institutional contexts.
