Session Abstract: Holistic. Scalable. Agile. These are the unique data reporting needs of the Wake Forest University School of Professional Studies. Since its opening in 2022, the WFU SPS has grown to almost 1,000 current students, 350+ graduates, and 14+ active programs. The near-constant change and growth require data reports that are up-to-date, accurate, and accessible. This session will provide actionable strategies for moving beyond historical reports and building a more agile and responsive data culture. The session will include a live demonstration of our Power BI reports and an exploration of our reporting ecosystem, connecting data between Power BI and systems like Workday Student and Watermark CES. In this session, you will gain a framework for planning automated reports, selecting the right metrics for decision-making, and communicating the impact to campus leaders.
