Session Abstract: This proposal introduces the Student Intelligence Ecosystem, a practical framework for transforming institutional research (IR) data into actionable strategies that improve student success. By integrating Student Satisfaction Inventory (SSI) results with academic data, the system produces aggregate insights that highlight where institutions can act strategically.
Insights are delivered through an interactive dashboard - the Student Success Hub - which translates survey perceptions and academic outcomes into patterns and signals. These aggregate findings guide program-level and institutional interventions, contributing to improved retention and graduation rates while maintaining full compliance with student privacy standards.
