Session Abstract: This work presents an automated assessment system developed over three years to support the annual ABET accreditation process across departmental and faculty levels. The system's primary objective is to mitigate the administrative burden on instructors during yearly data collection by integrating with the Canvas Learning Management System (LMS), facilitating the input and retrieval of student outcome and performance indicator data. The aggregated data is subsequently processed to generate tables and visualizations utilizing Oracle SQL and Tableau, made accessible to faculty and accreditation committees through a dedicated web portal. While originally designed for ABET accreditation, ongoing development has expanded the system's functionality to accommodate additional assessment frameworks university-wide, with the long-term objective of establishing the platform as a generalized, institution-level assessment solution.
