Tejshree Trivedi is the Director of Institutional Research at the University of La Verne (since November 2024), where she leads student-centered data analytics, external reporting, and institutional effectiveness initiatives. With over 10 years of experience in higher education, she supports executive decision-making by transforming complex data into actionable insights.
Reporting to the Provost’s Office, Tejshree oversees institutional reporting processes, including federal submissions such as IPEDS, and works in close collaboration with campus partners including Admissions, Financial Aid, and Finance to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across institutional and external reporting.
She plays a key role in supporting academic program review and self-study processes by partnering with program directors and department chairs to develop and deliver key performance indicators. These include enrollment trends, student demographics, retention and graduation rates, and average time to degree, enabling programs to assess outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
Tejshree’s expertise includes SQL, data modeling, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau. She has led the development of secure, interactive dashboards that provide stakeholders with real-time access to institutional metrics. She is particularly skilled at communicating data insights to non-technical audiences, helping bridge the gap between data and decision-making.
She also contributes to institutional research through survey design and administration, including campus climate assessments and course evaluations, and serves as a key contact for national data-sharing initiatives such as the Higher Education Data Sharing (HEDS) Consortium.
Tejshree holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from California State University, Long Beach. At the AIR Forum, she presents on enhancing data literacy among non-technical stakeholders by transforming institutional data into clear, compelling narratives. She is passionate about advancing data literacy and empowering institutional stakeholders through meaningful, accessible insights.
