My name is Kolbes Sussman. I have Masters of Science in Experiemental Psychology and a Masters in Applied Data Science at the University of Michigan. I work for the ADVANCE program at the University of Michigan, and we focus on the hiring and retention of faculty, as well as campus climate. One of the main projects that we work on are climate assessments (department-level and campus-wide) to help the university's leadership better understand the culture and climate that faculty are experiencing on campus and what areas can be improved upon. This is my second time attending this conference and I am very excited to learn more about ways others working on institutional research are innovating.
