Tanya Brown brings dual perspective as leader of Arapahoe Community College's Edify implementation team and member of the Colorado Community College System's Edify implementation team. Her role bridges Student Affairs operational needs with college data strategy, translating complex data platforms into actionable applications for diverse stakeholders. Her qualifications include leading EAB Navigate360: Student Success implementation, EAB Navigate360: Advancement Success implementation, serving as CCCS subject matter expert, and developing college-specific data governance structures as a Data Governance Committee member. She is creating a comprehensive data and assessment plan integrating Navigate360, LMS, and Edify platforms to support proactive student interventions and cross-departmental collaboration. She co-presented at EAB's CONNECTED conference on "Leveraging Data and Automation for Enhanced Student Outcomes" and co-facilitated an EDUCAUSE workshop "Teach Everyone to Fish: How to Develop and Lead Data Literacy Training."
