Adrea Hernandez is the Executive Director for Institutional Research in the office of Institutional Research, Innovation, and Strategy (IRIS) at the University of Notre Dame. She leads a team of six in its efforts to collect, analyze, and disseminate information in support of senior leadership's planning, assessment, and decision-making. She previously served as the Director of Institutional Research for the Higher Education Data Sharing Consortium (HEDS), as well as on the AIR Nominations and Elections Committee. She has previously chaired the Future or AIR Committee. This past year, she chaired the Governance and Orientation Training Committee and served as Vice Chair for the AIR Board of Directors. She is currently serving as Immediate Past President for Indiana AIR (INAIR) and will serve as Chair for the AIR Board of Directors in 2026-2027.
