With more than eight years of experience in institutional research, analytics, and higher education assessment, I have established a strong reputation as a strategic leader committed to advancing data-informed decision-making and institutional effectiveness. Currently, I serve as the Director of Institutional Research and Decision Support at Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering, where I partner with executive leadership to guide strategic planning initiatives focused on enrollment, retention, student success, and accreditation. In this role, I oversee federal and external reporting processes.
Before joining Olin College, I served as the Senior Institutional Research Analyst at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, where I led institutional effectiveness initiatives, coordinated accreditation reporting, and developed data-driven insights to support campus-wide strategic planning.
My expertise spans survey design, benchmarking, KPI development, predictive analytics, and data governance, with extensive technical proficiency in Tableau, SQL, SPSS, R, and Python.
