Sean Morris is a researcher and educator with over a decade of experience in the field of Institutional Effectiveness. A Philadelphia-area native, he has dedicated his career to advancing data literacy, data equity, and student success at large, access-oriented institutions throughout his home city. Sean began his career as a researcher focusing on outcomes in early childhood education, and has since applied his background in psychology and the arts to shape IR and assessment operations that centers people and their needs.
Sean has previously supported and led IR operations at Community College of Philadelphia and La Salle University. He currently serves as Assistant Director of Assessment and Evaluation at Temple University.
Outside of his professional life, Sean is a proud father, musician, youth athletics coach, and neighborhood organizer.
