Title III Data Analyst
Harrisburg Area Community College, United States
I am the Title III Data Analyst at the Harrisburg Area Community College. My primary research interests are student success for underrepresented and historically minoritized students throughout postsecondary education with a focus on the role of mentorship and sociological factors promoting or challenging their student success. My doctoral dissertation focused on mentorship and student success through a comprehensive support program for students who are also recipients of welfare.
I have a background in designing, managing, and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data from various research projects. In addition, I have over six years of experience teaching undergraduate anatomy and physiology, as well as two years of experience in academic advising, helping students navigate the world of higher education. Through these experiences, I have gained skills in mentorship, research, teamwork, leadership, pedagogy, presentations, and data analysis.
