Adrea Hernandez is the Executive Director for Institutional Research in the office of Institutional Research, Innovation, and Strategy (IRIS) at the University of Notre Dame. She leads a team of seven in its efforts to collect, analyze, and disseminate information in support of senior leadership's planning, assessment, and decision-making. She previously served as the Director of Institutional Research for the Higher Education Data Sharing Consortium (HEDS), as well as on the AIR Nominations and Elections Committee. This past year she chaired the Future or AIR Committee. She is currently serving as President for Indiana AIR (INAIR) and Vice Chair for the AIR Board of Directors.
