John Stanley is the Director of Institutional Research at the University of Hawai‘i – West Oahu and is a former Research Fellow for the WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC) in the United States. Mr. Stanley has published articles in a number of institutional research outlets (Strategic Enrollment Management Quarterly, Institutional Research Initiatives in Higher Education) and has instructed workshops on predictive analytics and data visualization at the last four AIR forums. Mr. Stanley has instructed an undergraduate upper division class on business intelligence for the last five years. He was awarded best presenter at the 2012 California-AIR Conference and 2018 Australia-AIR SIG Forum, and is the immediate past president of PacAIR. Mr. Stanley has served as an external evaluator for accreditation at international universities in the Pacific region.
