I've worked at Kansas State University for the past 15 years, initially starting out in the financial aid office where I mainly worked with institutional aid, employee tuition benefits, as well as building reports and queries. I later moved to undergraduate admissions focusing on reporting and analysis for enrollment management.
In 2020, I transitioned to Institutional Research as a Data Analyst and currently hold the role of Assistant Director, Business Intelligence. In this position, I work with stakeholders, creating tools that meet reporting needs and allow for informed decision making. I implement data governance standards across the university, manage the BI ecosystem, along with tenant administration and user access management.
I have earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems in 2018, followed by a Master's in Data Analytics in 2020.
