Jordan Hudgins, B.S. in Statistics (she/her/hers)

My name is Jordan Hudgins and I have a bachelor's degree in Statistics from the University of Michigan. I work for the ADVANCE program at the University of Michigan, and we focus on the hiring and retention of faculty on campus. One of the main projects that we work on are department climate assessments to help unit leadership acorss our campus better understand the culture and climate their department members are experiencing and where the areas are to improve them. We do a lot of work to help our campus better understand what the faculty enjoy and do not enjoy about their jobs and units.
