Dr. Diane Nauffal is an Associate Professor of Education at the Lebanese American University (LAU), where she founded the Department of Institutional Research and Analytics (DIRA) and currently serves as Assistant to the President for Institutional Research & Analytics.
She is a member of the Higher Education Reform Experts (HEREs) team within the National Erasmus+ Office in Lebanon, contributing to national policy frameworks, quality assurance legislation, and strategic planning initiatives in higher education. She also serves as a consultant to the World Bank and UNESCO on higher education policy and system reform in Lebanon and the broader region.
Her work focuses on leadership, governance, and policy reform in higher education, with contributions addressing organizational dynamics, strategic development, student engagement, and the economic and social impact of universities.
