Andrew Foote

Lead Economist
Census Bureau

Andrew Foote is the Lead Economist for the LEHD Research in the Census Bureau's Center for Economic Studies. He also serves as the lead researcher for the Post-Secondary Employment Outcomes. His research focuses on worker transitions following job loss and labor market outcomes for graduates, and how these differ based on local labor demand conditions. Foote received a Ph.D. from the University of California, Davis in 2015.
