RISE 2030: Designing a Strategic Dashboard for Engagement & Accountability

Session Abstract: Waubonsee Community College recently launched RISE 2030, a strategic plan to guide institutional progress through the decade. This session highlights the dashboard’s design and implementation, emphasizing accessibility, transparency, and inclusivity. Attendees will see how the team prioritized usability with clear navigation, visual progress indicators, and graphics that transform complex data into equity-minded insights.
