Pardha Annapareddy

Pardha Annapareddy serves as the Director of Institutional Research and Analytics at Kentucky State University, where he leads institutional data strategy, analytics, enterprise reporting, and compliance initiatives supporting data-informed decision-making across the university. With experience spanning higher education analytics, institutional research, and enterprise data systems, his work focuses on transforming complex institutional data into actionable insights that support student success, strategic planning, accreditation, and operational effectiveness.

Pardha has extensive experience working with Ellucian Banner ERP systems, SQL, Argos, Power BI, and federal and state reporting frameworks including IPEDS and CPE submissions. He has led initiatives involving enrollment analytics, predictive modeling, financial and operational reporting, dashboard development, data governance, and institutional effectiveness reporting. His expertise also includes automating reporting processes, improving data quality standards, and supporting executive leadership through strategic analytics and visualization solutions.

His current research interests focus on predictive analytics in higher education, particularly identifying mid-progress student dropout risk among HBCU populations using machine learning and longitudinal student data. He is also interested in artificial intelligence applications in institutional research, student success analytics, and scalable data infrastructure for higher education institutions.

Prior to joining Kentucky State University, Pardha held institutional research and analytics roles at Fort Valley State University and previously worked in data science and software development positions within the IT industry. He earned a Master of Science in Data Analytics with a specialization in Data Science from Kansas State University and a Bachelor of Technology in Information and Communication Technology from SASTRA University.
