With over 16 years experience in higher education, over 12 of which have been data-centric, Bobby has firsthand knowledge of both the power and struggles of data. Serving as Associate Director of Institutional Research and Planning for seven years and counting at the University of Texas at Arlington, he works closely with those analysts tasked with preparing and populating responsive data for required state reports. Having transitioned data environments multiple iterations through that same time period, Bobby has helped shepherd and improve these processes to the finely honed version that exists today.
