Taj is a graduate of the Psychometrics Program at Morgan State University. She successfully defended her dissertation “Self-Perceptions and how they impact social workers’ interaction with clients: A validation process using the Rasch Ipsative Model (RIM)”. She has worked on several projects addressing student success which include creating surveys and assessments. Currently Taj is an Instructor at James Madison University teaching in the psychology department.
