Afet Dundar, PhD, is Senior Research Director at the Institute for Women’s Policy Research (IWPR), where she leads research on education and career advancement, student parent success, two-generation economic security strategies, and work-family supports. Before joining IWPR in 2022, she served as Director of Research and Data Analytics at the National Student Clearinghouse, leading the development and production of national reports on student access and success outcomes and overseeing education metrics development for Clearinghouse products. She earned her PhD in Education Policy Studies from Indiana University Bloomington.
