Linli Zhou, PhD

 Dr. Linli Zhou is an Institutional Research Analyst at Lasell University and the elected 🎓 Chair of the Overseas Chinese Association of Institutional Research (OCAIR) for 2026-2027. She holds a PhD in International Higher Education from UCLA, where she was honored with a Dissertation Year Fellowship.       

Linli is a recognized expert in applying 🤖 data science methods and technologies to modernize IR. Her recent presentations include an invited keynote ✨ on "AI applications and literacy for data professionals" at the 2026 NCCBP Benchmarking Conference, and workshops 🙌 on LLM-enabled IR workflow at NEAIR and AIR.        

A recipient of the inaugural 2024 Rising Star Award 🌟 from the Association of Institutional Research (AIR) and the Best Presentation Award 🎉 from OCAIR, Dr. Zhou is passionate about bridging the gap between research methodology and impactful data outcomes, equipping IR practitioners with AI-driven tools for greater efficiency and insight.        

Beyond conferences, Dr. Zhou actively shares her expertise through her YouTube channel (www.youtube.com/@LinliSharesResearch) 🚀, where she posts tutorials, AI tool walkthroughs, and data science tips for IR professionals.
