Dr. Stacey Randall is the Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness, Innovation, and Planning at Waubonsee Community College, where she leads strategic initiatives focused on student success, institutional improvement, and organizational effectiveness. She oversees the college’s institutional research, analytics, strategic planning, accreditation, and grants development functions, helping transform data into actionable strategies that support informed decision-making and continuous improvement across the institution.
Dr. Randall has co-authored and implemented three consecutive U.S. Department of Education Title V grants, securing critical funding to expand student support services, strengthen institutional capacity, and advance equity-centered initiatives. Her work emphasizes aligning innovation, planning, and operational execution to achieve measurable outcomes for students and the college community.
In addition to her leadership at Waubonsee, Dr. Randall serves as a Peer Reviewer for the Higher Learning Commission, contributing expertise in accreditation, assessment, and institutional quality assurance. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and ProSci Change Practitioner, bringing a strong foundation in project leadership and change management to complex institutional initiatives.
Dr. Randall earned a Ph.D. in American History from Northern Illinois University, along with a Master’s degree in History from NIU and Bachelor’s degrees in History and Political Science from Millikin University. She also completed a graduate certification in Educational Research Methodology from the University of Illinois, Chicago.
