Justin contributed to the design, testing, and implementation of the new student-unit record data collection process. He created and updated resource documents detailing procedures to ensure a smooth transition to the new system for institutional researchers in the State.
Justin has over fifteen years of experience in research, analysis, assessment, and accreditation roles, both at institutions of higher education and at the Office of the Secretary of Higher Education in New Jersey.
