Session Abstract: Institutional researchers are under increasing pressure to provide real-time insights from survey data. This session presents a case study of Bucknell University’s shift from static reports to live data visualizations and provides a demonstration on how to transform quantitative and qualitative survey data into live dashboards using Qualtrics. These dashboards enhance data accessibility, timeliness, and user engagement. The presentation will detail the process of creating live and dynamic dashboards that include demographic filters, update in real-time, and allow for cross-year comparisons. This approach not only streamlines data sharing but also supports timely, data-informed decision-making. The session is designed for IR professionals who want to leverage interactive live dashboards to improve institutional effectiveness.
