    Dr. Wei You holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction from the University of Maryland, College Park and has extensive experience in program evaluation, assessment methodology, and survey research. In her current capacity as assessment coordinator at Bucknell University, Dr. Wei You provides design and technical expertise to ensure the quality of program-level assessment. She collaborates closely with faculty to develop useful and sustainable assessment practices to improve student learning and provides expertise to administrative units across the University in planning and evaluation. She also contributes to the development and execution of all phases of both research and assessment projects, including design, information gathering, analysis, planning, and reporting. Her current research interests include leveraging LLM in analyzing qualitative text analysis.
