Dr. Chris Orem is the Executive Director for Planning, Analytics and Institutional Research at James Madison University. He holds a Ph.D. in Assessment and Measurement from James Madison University and an M.A. in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University. Over the past several years, Chris has presented speaker sessions, webinars, and workshops on various topics, including fact books, accreditation, enrollment forecasting, and peer group development. He is the current president of the Virginia Association for Institutional Research. Additionally, he serves on the Forum Planning and Strategy Committee for AIR and the program planning committee for APLU’s Commission on Information, Measurement, and Analysis (CIMA).
