Jennifer Schneider, PhD, is an Associate Director of Research at CUPA-HR, where she specializes in research on the higher education workforce. With 25 years of experience in higher education research, Schneider's expertise lies in assessment, survey methodology, campus climate, and psychometrics.
Before joining CUPA-HR, Schneider worked as a consultant on custom research projects for institutions nationwide. She also served as a higher ed social scientist, institutional researcher, and survey methodologist and managed several NSF ADVANCE grants. Schneider earned a B.A. from Miami University and Ph.D. in psychology from North Carolina State University.
