Becky Patterson serves as the Chief Institutional Research Officer and Lead Statistician at the University of Louisville, where she leads the Office of Institutional Research, Analytics, and Decision Support (IRADS). Since joining the university in 2006 as an Institutional Research Analyst II, she has advanced through multiple leadership roles and now oversees a team of seven professionals responsible for institutional reporting, analytics, and decision support.
Becky holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and a Master of Science in Biostatistics and Decision Science. With nearly 20 years of experience in higher education, she serves as the architect of the University of Louisville's enterprise data visualization platform and provides advanced statistical analyses and modeling to senior leadership. Her work supports strategic decision-making in areas including enrollment, student success, resource allocation, the university's budget model, and Kentucky's state performance funding model.
In addition to her institutional research responsibilities, Becky serves on the University Staff Senate and represents staff as a member of the Faculty Senate, helping to strengthen collaboration and shared governance across the university.
