Dr. Burks, has been employed with the Technical College System of Georgia’s (TCSG) local colleges for over thirty years in various leadership positions. She is currently employed with Central Georgia Technical College in Macon, GA as the Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness (VPIE). She earned her Ph.D. in Leadership for Higher Education from Liberty University. She has an MS degree in Education, Leadership for Higher Education Specialization from Capella, University; holds a B.S. Degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology, and an AS Degree in Computer Information Systems all from Georgia Southwestern State University. Her professional organizations include SACCR (Southeastern Association for Community College Research) since 1997 where she served as President for three years and currently serves as Past President/Secretary; and, she is a member of the Association for Institutional Research (AIR).

Michelle Taylor has been the Senior Research & Data Analyst at the National Higher Education Benchmarking Institute for more than a decade. She conducts the data collection, analytics and reporting functions for the National Community College Benchmark Project (NCCBP). Additionally, she works with member institutions in understanding and using the benchmarks at their institutions via presentations, webinars and one-on-one sessions.
Before joining the Institute, she worked as a Senior Marketing Research Manager at H&R Block as well as led marketing research efforts for several other companies including American Express and American Century Investments. Michelle holds a BBA from Washburn University and an MBA from the Pennsylvania State University.

Dr. Jacquelyn Eidson serves as Director of the National Higher Education Benchmarking Institute at Johnson County Community College, a faculty member for the University of Kansas School of Professional Studies, and a Fulbright Specialist through the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs and World Learning.
