With 12 years of experience in Institutional Research, Angela specializes in design, administration, and analysis of institutional surveys and focus groups. Her work is grounded in a strong commitment to representing the student voice, with a particular emphasis on elevating qualitative data to provide context, depth, and meaning beyond the numbers. Angela brings a thoughtful, human centered approach to data analysis, believing that open ended responses and lived experiences are essential to understanding institutional effectiveness. In recent years, she has contributed to the field through speaker sessions, discussion groups, and poster presentations at the annual AIR Forum as well as at regional association conferences. She has also served as a board member of a regional affiliated organization. She holds a master’s degree from Brigham Young University.
