I am the Data and Reporting Manager at the University System of Maryland, where I lead analytic and reporting initiatives that support strategic planning and system level decision making across public higher education institutions. My expertise includes institutional research, data governance, tuition and enrollment analytics, and translating complex datasets into actionable insights for leadership. Previously, I served as a Research Analyst at Prince George’s Community College. I hold a Master’s degree in College Student Affairs and a graduate certificate in Educational Research Methodology and have presented regionally and nationally on tuition model development at MDAIR, NEAIR, and as a panelist for the AIR Forum.
