Jessica oversees analytics and decision support for six academic units through a centralized IR office, UAIR, at the University of Utah. She specializes in providing data and analyses for these academic units using a consultative approach, providing custom reports in support of the differing needs of individual colleges, departments, and programs. Jessica has led efforts in dashboarding, analytics, and research design with a focus on educational data use, and brings three years of experience in institutional research with eight years of experience in higher ed.
